i found the location convenient. the hotel is close to shopping malls. the breakfast offered a wide variety of food options. the service provided by the staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
the air conditioning in my room did not function as well as expected , so the temperature was not consistently comfortable.

The hotel had a very central location near shopping areas. i found the staff to be cute. They offered help and advice. sanjet, shima, liz, vee, imran, farid, and fitri were especially helpful . anna, the manager, ensured everything ran smoothly. I appreciated their hospitality.
The hotel needs some updates. The carpet had an unpleasant smell. also, the furniture was old. i think renovating the hotel would improve the overall experience.

The gym included multiple treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use. A good space for a workout. the pool area provided ample seating with many loungers and a shaded area. This was a relaxing spot, though the back of the building looks depressing.

The hotel is right next to a popular shopping center, pavillion. there are several restaurants. It makes it easy to find places to eat. several malls are within walking distance!
